Terje Kissa

Growing up in a little village called Ramsi, with just a few hundred inhabitants, where everybody knew each other and traffic was almost non-existent, I had the freedom to wander through the forests or the village all day. I would only go home for dinner, grab a bite, and catch another episode of Rosa Salvaje. Maybe it’s that sense of freedom and exploration - along with the trust my parents gave me and the responsibility for my own actions - that shaped who I am today. As the youngest sibling, I’ve always had incredible examples to look up to, and I constantly push myself out of my comfort zone, striving for more.

I’ve always believed 'Impossible is possible' and I’ve embraced accountability as key to shaping our path to success. It’s the mindset that has carried me from those childhood days in Ramsi to building Agency Icon across multiple countries - and will continue to drive me forward because there’s still much more to achieve.

Today, I lead the talented team at Agency Icon, dedicating myself to both personal and team development to ensure we deliver exceptional casting services and discover hidden gems that bring projects to life in an inspiring atmosphere. Beyond leadership, I still immerse myself in projects as a casting director, keeping my passion for the craft alive and thriving.
